Project Runway

I am going to do the blog posting a little different today. I watched like 6 hours of tv last night!! It is all kind of jumbled in my head so I am going to do a different post for each show that I watched!!! The show I was most excited for was Vampire Diaries!!! It was everything I wanted it to be and more and makes me very very hopeful that this season will be better then last season! I am not going to say much about Vampire Diaries except, if you do not watch it, you should! It was awesome and I cannot wait to see how everything pans out!

Onto Project Runway! I read on people.com that they had 10 designers show at Fashion week, which is going on right now bc they do not want anyone to know who ends up winning or who is in the top 3!

This week they were making resort wear, as Mondo says, he has never been to a resort and his vacation is spent at home in his underwear! ha! I loved this challenge! Right as they had started to make their garments, Tim comes in with an extra part of the challenge, they were going to be paired off and they 2 people in the group would make the other designers garment. So for the first time they had to tell someone else what exactly they wanted them to do!! Which could be hard for people who are lacking in the communication skills department...IVY!

All in all I liked a lot of the looks, I did not like Mondo's very much because the colors were not right together. I do like bright colors just the way he did it. My favorite was Michael D and Michael C and for the first time all season Michael D made the top 3!!! The top 3 designers were Michael D, April and Andy! I liked Andys swimsuit and cover up, the color I did not like but I liked the design, I think it would have been much better in a black, very sleek and sexy. Michael D and Aprils looks were both black and very sleek and flattering on their models. Andy ended up winning, which again I thought Michael D was robbed...

Now to the bottom 3, which I am mad they did not send home who I wanted them too. The bottom 3 were Ivy, Mondo and Casanova. I actually liked Casanovas look. The back was beautiful, if he would have used some brighter colors the judges might not have thought his outfit was for his grandmother. I liked it. Ivy on the other hand had a terrible outfit, not flattering and not colorful. I already said earlier I did not like Mondos outfit. I really wanted Ivy to go home. I hate the way she talks to people like she is always better, even the judges said she is more of a seamstress and not a designer yet they did not send her home. CASANOVA went home.. boo. I was starting to like him.

I cannot wait till next week, this season has been pretty good and I do not feel like they are really long even though they are half an hour longer then they used to be.
