Let me say that I have really enjoyed the challenges on this season of Project Runway! This week was a Jackie O sports wear challenge, but some of these people must not really know who Jackie O is because their designs were not right at all. When you think of Jackie O I always think of casual elegance, classic style. Not sure what these people were thinking. A couple of people really hit the nail right on the head! I will start with my favorites first then go to the not so great! And finally to who went home and who won the challenge!
Christopher- Made a really well made one shoulders dress, I am really into one shoulder dresses and am loving this look. They had to make outwear to go with their look also and his cape thing was not ok. It was so much better before the cape!

Ivy- As much as I dislike her attitude and how she acts towards people I really liked her look this week and you could totally see Jackie O in something like this.

The worst
Valerie- Her design was so boring and blah. Nothing Jackie O would have ever worn and her outer wear was terrible.

Gretchen- Not only is she so annoying and full of herself, her designs are not as wonderful and great as she seems to think they are. In this case the dress is awful but the outwear was really nice, Jackie O would not ever wear either of these.

The loser this week
Michael Drummond- I am so sad about this, he is a STL boy and I have worked with him before and just really love his designs and he always got the short end of the stick on Project Runway, there were multiple times where he really should have won and did not. This was not as bad as some of the other designs. The skirt was cute but the fit was a little off. The belt did not help anything.

THE WINNER
Mondo- I was a little surprised by this. The heavy huge tweed skirt and jacket with the black and white striped top. I think Jackie O would have worn all of this, just not at the same time.

I cannot wait for next week, although I am sad Michael is gone. I hope to see more clothes from him in the future!
